Biographies give place and date of birth in the first line. The article was a copy and past from a newspaper, which is a copyright violation. The explanation about the ICJ is not in place here. There were an annoying number of paragraphs in an article of only a few lines. Otto 00:55, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
