This article was expanded as part of Project Tiger 2018.

Adaptation

The article mentions that the film Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam was adapted from this novel and cites a 2018 trade book for this. Whose mention of this seems to be taken from Wikipedia and looks like a WP:CIRCULAR case. The mention of this novel to the movie article was first added in2008 without any source and I can't find any association of the novel with the movie before this in any RS. Though I could not find a source before the 2008 edit above. I have added a 2014 ref, which looks reliable and mentions the movie as a loose adaptation of the novel. Gotitbro (talk) 17:40, 14 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
