UPE tag

GenQuest, regarding the UPE tag - see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/UGAWOOD2020/Archive, based on findings at SPI I believe that the page creator was part of a group of undisclosed paid editors - rationale basically being that we had four editors, "likely" related to each other according to a checkuser, all cranking out well-formatted and refbombed articles as single edits. I apologize for not opening a talk page discussion; I had some fifty-odd articles to tag, so I hoped that the link to the SPI would be sufficient.
