okay to update?
[edit]There have been a number of recent results that render some of the information on this page obsolete. (Disclaimer: some by me.) Anyone mind if I give it a fair update, including replacing the picture? Published references will be cited, of course.

Thanks for the update. However, there are still a couple of old details that are no longer our understanding.
1) The GAIA DR3 distance is about 454 pc (1480 ly), and carries an uncertainty of less than 1%. This number is used in the literature by Aller et al (2021). [1]
2) The 4-9 day period was a guess from a long time ago. Jones et al (2017) showed by radial velocity measurements of the pair that the period is 9 years (3306+/- 60 days). [2]
