How to change back the Title of the page?
[edit]Hello Wiki people. I have tried to undo the changes made by Wiki user Aleksandr Grigoryev (7 April 2016 Aleksandr Grigoryev moved page Institute for Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine to NASU Institute of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine Issues), however without any success. I don't understand the reason of such changes, the title "Institute for Problems of Cryobiology and Cryomedicine" is official and used in all papers etc. Similar changes were made by him with all titles of Ukraininan Institutes with word "problems". Merriam Webster dictionary allows to use this word in such meaning (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/problem). I would greatly appreciate your help.
