[edit]Hi! I noticed an error on the page under "Subunits" section. "(Rac stands for Rho-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate)" It stands for Ras not Rho.

Merge
[edit]- Merged from Talk:NAD(P)H_oxidase
NADPH oxidase looks to be the same thing. So they should be merged. Also the interwikilinks seem to be split between the articles. I picked this one as the target as it had a better enzyme box, but pick the best name. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 08:12, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
- Support - I agree that they're referring to the same thing and should be merged. The acronyms NADPH and NAD(P)H are used about equally in the literature, but our other pages tend to favour NADPH, so I'd suggest NADPH_oxidase as the merged location. T.Shafee(Evo&Evo)talk 03:46, 5 July 2018 (UTC)
I've now done the merge. The only contradiction between the articles was that NAD(P)H oxidase page suggested that the enzyme could transfer electrons from either NADH and NADPH. However the sentence had no citation so I've omitted in the merged article. Could still do with some improvement though, since the isoforms are still a little unclear.
