Sourcing

I did what I was able to do with this article which, unfortunately, was not much. Because it was written with absolutely no sources, and because there is so much material here, it is hard to know where to start. I was using Shannon Applecline's Designers & Dragons book, but because some of the information there disagrees with what is here, I would not really be able to get too deeply into that source without heavily rewriting the text here.
