Prose
Lead
  • "by American pop/R&B recording artist Christina Aguilera" would read better as "by American recording artist Christina Aguilera" or "by American singer Christina Aguilera"
  • "Its several producers including Ron Fair, The Matrix, Robbie Buchanan, Barry Harris, and Chris Cox." → "It was produced by Ron Fair, The Matrix, Robbie Buchanan, Barry Harris, and Chris Cox." List any other producers involved.
  • Please fix the Barry Harris redirects.
  • If recording for this album began in late 1999, then the "recorded" field should read "1999–2000".
Background and composition
  • "going on her debut concert tour to support her two debut recordings" would read better as "was touring to support her two debut recordings" or "was promoting her two debut recordings".
Reception
  • What are the name of the reviewers from Rolling Stone and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution?
  • Good to know. Also, for review score box, Allmusic → AllMusic.
Sourcing
Background and composition
  • publisher for ref#4 (Entertainment Weekly) should read Time Warner
  • In ref#5 (AllMusic), "Thomas" is not part of Stephen Thomas Erlewine's last name. Also, publisher is All Media Network.
  • Per WP:OVERCITE, ref#1 (Pier Dominguez's biography) should just be used at the end of the paragraph.
Promotion
  • More WP:OVERCITE- ref#5 should only be used after the "CD and cassette" bit, and ref#8 (Pier Dominguez's biography) should just be used after the "DVD entitled My Reflection" bit.
  • "The Christmas Song (Chestnut Roasting on an Open Fire)" was released as a non-album single in 1999"..... what album was this released as a single from, then?
  • It simply felt odd reading.
Reception
  • Which Evening Mail are you referring to? If it's one of the tabloid Evening Mails, this shouldn't be used.
  • More WP:OVERCITE- ref#1 should just be used at the end of the first paragraph, and ref#11 (Billboard) should just be used after the "Billboard Holiday Albums" bit.
Coverage
Reception
  • This section mentions reviews from Rolling Stone, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and Evening Mail, but only gives Evening Mail rating. What did the others say?
  • I should've been more specific- I meant overall rating (be it by positive/negative or by score). Did Atlanta Journal-Constitution overall give a positive, mixed, or negative review? Currently, the information given seems to suggest a negative review. Also, since Evening Mail has apparently been removed due to it being a tabloid, it should also not be included in the rating score box. Just address this and the lead tag that Status left, and I'll pass the GAN.
  • Just replace the Evening Mail review rating (since it has been removed from reception section) with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution review rating in score box, and we're good to go. XXSNUGGUMSXX (talk) 03:46, 8 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • If enough information is available, I would recommend expanding the critical and commercial aspects by another paragraph or two and sub-sectioning where appropriate.
  • Fine with me.
Neutrality
  • No problems here
Stability
  • No problems here
GA Result
  • If the above is all addressed within the next seven days, I will pass the GAN.
