Distinctions
[edit]It should be made clear:
- The physical site and facilities are owned by the Federal Railroad Administration and are named Transportation Technology Center
- The operator/manager is a private company named Transportation Technology Center, Inc., which is itself a subsidiary of the Association of American Railroads
- AAR has been operating TTC under contract to FRA since 1982.
- AAR formed the TTCI subsidiary to operate TTC in 1998.
- The operating contract was awarded to ENSCO, Inc. in 2021. Ensco takes over starting October 2022.

MxV Rail is the new name
[edit]it was announced they changed there name as info. might want to change this article. they want to be different from the TTC (location) vs the company. 65.144.23.118 (talk) 17:22, 15 March 2022 (UTC)
