History of Music Schools in Vienna / Vienna Conservatory
[edit]A very interesting link is this one.
It seems to suggest that the "Vienna Conservatory", where Joseph Böhm taught, as well as others, such as Joseph Hellmesberger, Sr., Joseph Hellmesberger, Jr., Sigismund Bachrich is actually the University of Music and Performing Arts, Vienna or de:Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien
Name
[edit]Why is this article named "Conservatory of Vienna" when the institution's own website uses "Konservatorium Wien University" in its English-language material? That wording itself, however, seems dubious, given the German name "Konservatorium Wien GmbH". Konservatorium Wien seems to be the right name. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 08:13, 7 March 2015 (UTC)
