Would the show have been brought back had Hillary won?
I think it's important that Bergen made a statement on an NPR show. A comedy show, sure, but it does cover the news. I was reverted twice when I tried to add this. The first time I was told the information was in the wrong place because the section was in chronological order. Actually, that could have been corrected by moving it to another place in the section.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 20:18, 19 December 2018 (UTC)

- I can't tell from the linked conversation whether this has now been settled or not? If not, could we continue the discussion here and get a summation of the current state? DonIago (talk) 15:03, 20 December 2018 (UTC)
- My takeaway has been that, yes, the matter has been settled. – BoogerD (talk) 17:14, 20 December 2018 (UTC)
- It's not that I'm happy, but apparently there will have to be more comments from people connected with the show on whether the show would have come back with Hillary Clinton as president. Or more importantly, more coverage of such comments.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 20:32, 20 December 2018 (UTC)
- I mean its basic Wikipedia policy that all information not covered by WP:PRIMARY needs a reliable, secondary source. Information needs to be explicitly stated in referenced citations and not gathered through WP:ORIGINAL. – BoogerD (talk) 21:34, 20 December 2018 (UTC)
- You can go to the podcast and hear Candice Bergen say what she said. And all I said was that she said it. There is not a direct URL to the podcast but using the URL in the reference, you can currently find the title which is also shown in the reference, and I marked the time in that podcast, assuming nothing changes later.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 16:39, 21 December 2018 (UTC)

All I can say is 'Brava!' Lindakilbride (talk) 21:02, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
Cancellation of Murphy Brown
I am very disappointed that CBS canceled 'Murphy Brown'. Out of all the sitcoms out there, this one is the only one to satisfy an intelligent mind. I guess I'll have to make do with my set of encyclopaedias.
I'd like to know, however, who the brilliant executive was, who made thàt decision. Lindakilbride (talk) 21:00, 13 July 2019 (UTC)
