Steven Arthur Rios - Kentucky Births, 1911 - 1999; Steven Arthur Rios, born 1977; Steven Arthur Rios was born on month day 1977, at birth place, Kentucky, to Lorraine K Ellison.
The article states that “Rios offered to disappear the charges if Rios solicited sex (sic) from Valencia.“ Besides the bad grammar, none of the sources quoted support this. The sources say Rios visited Valencia the next day and they subsequently started having sex, which is what I have changed the article to. Valencia’s friend is quoted as saying that he “assumed” that dismissal would happen in return for sex, and that this what he was going to confront Rios about. The quid pro quo agreement may have existed but is not supported by the sources quoted. If additional sources are available to support the assertion it should be reinserted (in grammatical English).
