Lead section

The lead section has extra information that is not included in the body of the article. So I added the tag for Lead extra info. The lead should introduce and summarize an article, not contain half the details of the article. I would recommend keeping the first sentence but the remainder of the lead is too much detail and should be merged into the rest of the article.
