The section on Catherine's murder does not have an encyclopedic tone. It could use better sources, especially as the page will likely become more popular once The Keepers is released.

Death Date

[edit]

Why is the date of her murder listed as 3 Jan, when, from what I understand, it is most likley that she was murdered when she was taken in November?

It now says body_discovered 3 Jan which is correct. I suppose someone corrected it. Invasive Spices (talk) 21:27, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Plutonium27: In Special:Diff/1144393404 you removed cited text and its citation. Why? Invasive Spices (talk) 21:28, 11 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The Huffpost citation did not appear to be scientifically WP:RS but instead someone's WP:OP. Huffpost has a reputation for featuring - if not advancing - fanciful fringe claims. A characterisation that it's founder actively promoted. That is why I removed it, along with a number of similarly-oriented Wikipedia:Manual of Style problems. Huffpost isn't an open proxy. What part of MOS requires removing Huffpost citations and their text without an edit summary and without {{cn}}? — Invasive Spices (talk) 21:30, 23 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
