Filming starts November 2011?

I removed the above quote as the Daily Mail article cited does not mention anything about when filming might start only that "We are in what filmmakers call 'the development phase' - looking for money."

Also, I have not found any reference to an ongoing project on the usually well-informed IMDB, not even a "pre-production" status or any hit on "Murder in Samarkand".
