I think it would improve the article if somebody would add a little, short sentence about the dangers of the army range, because my younger brother lost a limb as he touched an unexploded shell. I suggest that the improvement would be, for example, if somebody adds something similar to: please be very careful, because on the Lulworth Military Range tanks fire live shells here and due to safety reasons, right of entry to this region is only possible when the army ranges are not in operation. If you find one, never touch an unexploded shell because, in the case that this shell blows up, you might loose an arm… (!!!) Okay, our case was 30 years ago, but he still hasn’t got his arm back. Happy Christmas anyway --Huligan0 (talk) 00:08, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I am very sorry to hear about your brother and now understand why you are so motivated to add the warnings. However, such advocacy could be considered to be soapboxing and should be avoided. You could achieve something similar by using a simple factual statement such as "Warnings about unexploded shells posted at Mupe Bay by the Ministry of Defence and visitors are advised to keep to official footpaths, because it is part of the Lulworth Military Range." Then give the MOD's PDF file as a reference. --Simple Bob (talk) 10:46, 20 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the support, the understanding and friendly advice. I will consider the correct approach and will add appropriately in a couple of days. Sincere regards --Huligan0 (talk) 21:40, 21 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
