Operating System native Support of Multipath IO

What is meant by natively? does it mean 1-inbox , i.e part of operating system ? or does it mean 2- available by a driver developed by the operating system vendor ? this is a bit confusing. for 1 : windows 2000 server support MPIO natively for 2: Windows server 2008 is the first to support MPIO natively . th —Preceding unsigned comment added by Melnakeeb (talkcontribs) 08:58, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
