CWH, you are welcome. The other reference is a document stored on an Academia account, for which you would have to register on Academia first. This is free and worthwhile, I think.
Good - I made a few stylistic changes at Maudgalyayana, which is a fascinating article, but I know little on the topic. I'll try the other link again, as I think that anyone should be able to access Academia.ch (talk) 19:53, 30 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
