Dual education policy of Indian Railway

R/sir, I m Teacher in railway school,our school is closed down by Railway Ministry (GM, Central Railway,CSTM ). Why the school has been closed no body is giving the satisfactory answer ,Our country had taken loan from World Bank to promote education and to make India literate,but it is beyond understanding on what grounds, one of the school which is providing quality education for poor peoples @50/Rs per year has been closed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.240.93.233 (talk) 06:44, 19 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
