Relations to the old Mugen Engineering company

Whilst my edit was removed some time ago that this post 1988 Mugen Seiki company is related to the old Mugen Engineering, who primarily electric R/C cars, which presumably went bankrupt and re-emerged as the Mugen Seiki today. I do have some evidence to prove that these companies are related together...

Same phone number [1][2]and address
Until presumably 2006, same typeface for logo
They both released different cars called K2-X in its pre-'88 1/12 pan-car era and post-'88 1/10 235mm nitro pan-car version.
