Image of Bill Gates
Is this a true image or a fake? Does anybody know?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.248.248.151 (talk • contribs)
- The image description page indicates that the image is from a BBC article. Unlikely to be fake. Jkelly 00:21, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
- It may be legit, but I'd say it's NNPoV. Why not use the shot of some famous criminal, like the one of Al Capone? —Ben FrantzDale 19:35, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- Agree. Jkelly 19:57, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- Me too. It used to be a picture of Charles Manson (tha't quite a nice mugshot). I'll put it back. --Abu Badali 20:26, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- It wasn't two-part. Zarniwoot 20:31, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- Why NNPoV? I see nothing wrong with it. The proplem with a "famous" mug shut was that it was difficult to find a characteristic two-part one. I you find one that is just as good for illustration, feel free to replace it. Zarniwoot 20:29, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
- Found a mug shot with front and profile of a notable criminal. Jkelly 01:00, 14 June 2006 (UTC)
- Great! Goodbye Bill Gates, it was nice to have you here :-) Zarniwoot 01:09, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

New service from Red Hat (2006)
mugshot.org... Disambig page? --Yuriy Lapitskiy 13:17, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
- Disambig link, I'd say. —Ben FrantzDale 19:35, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
nitpicking?
"Police mug shots are typically considered unflattering, as they are obviously taken during a stressful time for the subject." - aren't statements about things geing "typically considered" a certain way a no-no on wikipedia? - 64.24.105.92 15:32, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
- I removed it. Jkelly 20:13, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
