Redirect
[edit]I didn't really like the idea of a redirect, but if there is going to be one, it might as well point to the article in greater use. Mudhoney band gets more google hits. --EndlessVince 06:36, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
As a band name, Mudhoney is just a handle, it's only significance is as a Russ Meyer reference, a hipster thing. Mudhoney as a film title has more cultural significance, regardless of its number of google hits. Bustter (talk) 12:23, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
What does it mean? I found the term in Grant Allen's 1899 book The Adventures of Miss Cayley (Chap VIII 'Pea-green Patrician'), but there is no indication of where it came from. Where would Meyer have got it? This needs research. 95.149.53.131 (talk) 09:50, 20 May 2015 (UTC)
