I strongly believe that the Mr. Roboto Project article should be kept on Wikipedia. I have added third party sources to the article - sorry for not doing so earlier. The Mr. Roboto Project is a "noteable" music venue, similar to "924 Gilman Street" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/924_Gilman_Street) and deserves inclusion on Wikipedia.

  • Well, you two articles are from an alternative weekly and a college newspaper, not exactly the top of the heap in unbiased, well researched reporting. Also, the standard is non-trivial coverage, and I'm not sure we're past that barrier either, as one article is mostly about upcoming shows, and the other is largely a review of the ADD fest (that sounds hilarious actually though). I looked at the other article you mentioned, and the only sources there were about Jello getting beat up there, so it has essentially the same problem. The fact is that nearly every city in the world where it's even legal to play punk shows has a venue like this, sometimes several, they are not all inherently notable. We have to remember that Wikipedia is written for a global audience, and not every tiny DIY club needs it's own encyclopedic article. However, PROD is for fairly uncontroversial deletions, and since you do object, I'm going to remove the notice from the article. Note that this does not mean the article is "safe", anyone could come along at any time and nominate it through Articles for Deletion. Beeblebrox (talk) 05:04, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Here's another article: http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/03044/157451-28.stm —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.95.228.199 (talk) 06:30, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The Post-Gazette is a better source, and I am inclined to say leave this article on Wikipedia. --DThomsen8 (talk) 18:48, 23 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
