The program includes written curriculum for all club levels. For the most part, the curriculum is divided into Units such as Helping, Kindness, Church, Animals, etc. These are examples from the curriculum for the Daisies and Prims clubs. Each topic has a related Scripture verse and is divided into 4 lessons. Each lesson comes with written material as well as activity pages for the girls and suggestions for relevant crafts, games, and even snacks. The material for the older girls may be broken into 6 lessons and tend to include topics and lessons that promote thinking and self-reflection.
Similar to Royal Rangers, the girls earn badges for each Unit they complete. Completion is achieved when the girls have done all the activities contained in the Unit, and can demonstrate memorization of the Unit verse to their club sponsor. the badges are worn on the Navy Blue sashes of the MPact dress uniform. In addition to the Unit Badges, girls wear the MPact Girls Ministry Badge, their club emblem badge and Adventure badges, earned for outings and projects outside of the usual meeting structure. Honors pins and other awards can also be earned and displayed on the sash.
Full dress uniform for an MPact member consists of a navy blue jumper dress over a white shirt with the sash worn over the left shoulder. Casual dress uniform is a club t-shirt and blue bottoms. Jeans are acceptable in many cases.
