Were the coordinates here a best guess or official?

These coordinates seem to be somewhat inconsistent with the described location of Mountain County, which is said to encompass much of what is today Gilpin County and Clear Creek County. - Scarpy (talk) 09:23, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
