Hello, Thanks for the helpful comments on this page. I did try to address the issues stated. While the sources were not published by an independent publisher, several hundred copies were published locally and copies are currently available at the Anderson County Public Library and the Presbyterian Church Historical Library at Columbia Theological Seminary.
