Lead Setion: I think that the lead section is very clear, and straightforward, giving information on what the topic is, and why it is important (strong ties to the town of Woodstock). It also sets up the article nicely, by creating different subtopics to cover, while maintaining a general view and background. The only things to improve this section would be to hyperlink away to other pages on terms like Road to the Pogue Race, or even Woodstock, Vermont, if that page exists. But otherwise, I think the lead section is good.
Table of Contents: The table of contents is really straightforward, and all the sub-topics make sense, I don't feel like any of them are out of place, or too general. The order is good too, while there doesn't seem to be a specific order, the topics do seem to flow from one to the next.
Sections and Sub-Sections: All the content seems to fit the sections well, I think that there aren't many overlaps in sub-sections, so there isn't any information that could be a part of two sections. The paragraph organization is good within each sub-section, and the information flows well. I think some more detail in the section on local events would be good to add, as that can be a really interesting highlight, the idea that a mountain is extremely tied in with the culture of a town.
Tone: The tone is very consistent throughout the article, and the article maintains neutrality throughout, without any biased sentences that I could see. It reads very professional and informative. However, the one phrase "the same can be said..." I think breaks a little bit from the neutral and encyclopedia tone, so maybe find a way to rephrase that.
