– I don't think there is a primary topic here. You could probably argue one based on usage, but this article has been at the base title since its creation, and there are no links to Mount Olive Cemetery (Jackson, Mississippi), so pageviews are probably a bit misleading, and they are fairly low. The thing that convinces me here, however, is that the Mississippi cemetery is NRHP-listed (along with another one in Tennessee, though that appears to be using the spelling variant Mt. Olive Cemetery, which is probably enough disambiguation), while the Chicago one is not. To me, this signals there is no primary topic, and that Mount Olive Cemetery (disambiguation) should be at the undisambiguated title of Mount Olive Cemetery.
