[edit]This seems to be a recipe rather than an explanation of what mostaccioli is, which if I recall, isn't really wikipedia's sort of thing... maybe one of the sister projects? Not sure. Someone that knows more than n00bish me needs to weigh-in I think, but it really does need an explanation of what it is at least. Wish I could write it! -Graptor
