[edit]This sentence is too long, includes information that is irrelevant and has a few problems with antecedents and pronouns: "After nearly losing his own life on a photographic reconnaissance mission over the Chateau de Charlon in northern France, Munroe, under orders from a somewhat exuberant Air Commodore Hufford (Charles Gray), leads a Barnes Wallis-type land-use "bouncing bomb" (referred to as a "highball") attack against the chateau, [Logical place to end sentence.] where, following the reported capture by the Gestapo of a French Maquis resistance fighter who supposedly talked under torture [How is this relevant to the raid?] , Allied prisoners, including a very-much-alive Scott and men from their [Whose group?] group, are also being held as "human shields", as seen in a disturbing film dropped by a Luftwaffe Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter that had, in tandem with one other, raided the base [Whose base?] several days earlier, strafing the airfield and killing many personnel." I've just watched the end of this film. The aircraft that bring the rescued pilots back to their base are definitely not Avro Ansons. I think they're Airspeed Oxfords. Manormadman (talk) 13:29, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
The aircraft are certainly trainer versions of Ansons with side windows, painted in WW2 style camouflage. They look nothing like Oxfords other than having two engines. Don't make absolute statements if you don't know what you are talking about. 2604:6000:6D42:4800:AC09:7F0F:C321:19E7 (talk) 22:39, 10 May 2020 (UTC)
