Mission
[edit]It does not seem likely that the US government would have built the mission in those years. Other sources note the Merrills were missionaries on behalf of the Baptist Church. Maybe they helped raise money for it. If the first building was so simple, they might just have had it built themselves.--Parkwells (talk) 15:48, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
