Some mortgage packagers will have lenders underwriters in their offices. This allows the process of a mortgage application to remain in the mortgage packagers office from application to mortgage offer (and in some cases right through to completion), allowing a very quick turnaround.

Mortgage packagers can also offer a wide variety of other financial options such as secured loans, commercial finance, finance abroad, bridging finance, debt solutions and much more.

All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM),based in Horsham, was established in 1992 and is one example of a Mortgage Packager that can offer all of these facilities.
