– I really think that the current situation isn't right. These titles really should either be an article, or redirect towards an applicable article per WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. At the present time, the best article that I can see meeting that criteria for "mortal" to be a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT is Life. So, the question is: should this page be moved to allow Mortal and Mortality to become a redirect to Life? Steel1943 (talk) 00:18, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose per WP:NOTDICT (Wikipedia is not a dictionary) and WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. "Mortal" and "Mortality" do not primarily mean life and this is not a dictionary. I would wager a reader would be more likely to be seeking death, mortality rate, cause of death than "life" when researching these terms. The current DAB pages already have links to these relevant articles so there is no problem in need of fixing. —  AjaxSmack  02:12, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose: Personally, I think these are OK the way they are (and Mortal is now basically the way it was on 22 October 2013‎). I don't see a real problem that needs fixing. "Mortal" is obviously not a synonym for "life", because anyone who is immortal is also alive. —BarrelProof (talk) 02:15, 8 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
