re: "the hubub of downtown Agoura Hills...."
I'm not sure there IS a downtown in Agoura Hills, or any hubub. The biggest hubub is probably teenage skaters politely skating in front of the Starbucks on Kanan and Thousand Oaks Blvd.
Suggest altering the "hubub" line.

Morrison Highlands
[edit]This article insults by implying that the Morrison Highlands residents demonstrate "ostentatious displays of wealth." I live in the Highlands and am unfamiliar with any "ostentatious displays of wealth." Homes in the Highlands and Morrison Ranch were all built by the same builder within the same decade twenty years ago. The homes in the Highlands happen to be larger, on larger lots and on higher ground, and accordingly, sell for prices higher than Morrison Ranch. Highlands and Morrison Ranch residents are subject to the rules and benefits of the same home owners association. The neighborhoods are equally peaceful, well-kept and pleasant.
