The Other
[edit]For some reason an anonymous user deleted Morlun's role in "The Other" without explanation (although oddly enough he/she left the spoiler tag behind). I reverted, but if there's some reason this information is illegal or something let me know. UndeniablyJordan 05:04, 15 January 2006 (UTC)
Shorter
[edit]Is there a way to make this article...shorter?--Mullon 13:45, 21 September 2006 (UTC)
Spidey 4?
[edit]Since when has Morlun been rumored to be the main villain in SM4? Source?SpikeZoft 03:45, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
He isn't really a cannibal, is he?
[edit]A cannibal is a being that eats members of its own species. Unless Morlun eats other Ancients, he isn't a cannibal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Gorank4 (talk • contribs) 20:37, 5 June 2007
Fair use rationale for Image:Morluneye.jpg
[edit]Image:Morluneye.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:47, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
What's up with this line?
[edit]"Morlun delivered Spider-Man the worst beating any hero had ever endured"
That's seems a little difficult to quantify. Wolverine has been beaten pretty badly over the years (being torn in two by the Hulk comes to mind) so has Deadpool, and quite a few other heroes. I'm changing the line to "In the insuing battle Morlun beat Spider-Man badly." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 142.162.12.151 (talk) 06:56, 29 September 2007 (UTC)
I think Morlun was able to hit him really hard, and deliver the maximum amount of pain, yet still use his ancient powers to keep spidey alive. Basicly, Spider-Man should have died twice after that. Or Morlun knows his pain pressure points :P--70.71.240.170 (talk) 00:04, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
Hits harder than Hulk or Thor?
[edit]I get that Spidey said that Morlun hit him harder than he's ever been hit in his life, but that could be hyperbole. In any event, did he specifically state that he hit harder than Hulk or Thor (neither of which I ever recall nailing Spidey with a solid blow)? SteveG (talk) 15:42, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
Spidey said that Morlun's hits felt harder than Hulk's or Thor's, but this is partially because each of Morlun's hits drains life force and thus made Spidey weaker, not because Morlun is physically stronger than Hulk or Thor. 172.163.240.235 (talk) 16:15, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
It realy doesnt matter if his phisical strength is strong as Hulk or Thor's own it just matters that his hits are causing damage on par with the two. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Grimmjow E6 (talk • contribs) 01:47, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
One More Day repercussions
[edit]Due to the 'retcon' that was Spider-Man: One More Day, did the events of Spider-Man: The Other occur? Or were they nixed? --Dr Archeville (talk) 16:33, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
I think Mehphistio took his new powers away, and the event DID happen.--70.71.240.170 (talk) 00:05, 18 August 2008 (UTC)
- Morlun will be appearing in the newest issue of Black Panther, #3. Pvegeta (talk) 16:58, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
