Lead
[edit]Saw this on the main page during the DYK time. I see that the lead is not referenced at all. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 05:42, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
- See WP:Lead section. Article leads are supposed to summarize the article body. Normally, if adequate sources are provided in the article body, they are not also included in the lead. --Orlady (talk) 06:02, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
- Ah, okay. I see. Most of the article I worked have refs in the lead, so I got misled. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 06:28, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
Llywelyn Bren
[edit]"Lord of Senghennydd" would have had a name! Would it be Llywelyn ap Gruffudd ap Rhys (Llywelyn Bren) or his father? Llywelyn2000 (talk) 16:13, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
- The Oxford Dictionary of National Biography only gives a death date for Llywelyn Ben (1318). If the date range of 1243 to 1267 is accepted for the castle's construction I think it must be Gruffudd ap Rhys that is being referred to, but not the one we have an article for. - Take a look at this well of information: Welsh Biography Online. Llywelyn2000 (talk) 14:41, 5 July 2013 (UTC)
Reverted edit
[edit]I have reverted this edit because there are no citations (refs) for the statements. SethWhales talk 00:17, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
