Accusations of corruption

Hello all. A 2018 article by the National Herald ("PM turns a blind eye as corruption-asana grips yoga institute under AYUSH ministry") makes allegations of corruptions against the head of the Institute. I hesitate to integrate this information in the article, as it's just one source, and I'm unsure of the reliability of the Herald (the description of the outlet on its wikipedia page isn't all that encouraging).
