Article title
[edit]Should this article be Moon dog (Dungeons & Dragons)? I don't see much (or any) non-D&D info here.
- Does it really matter? The "(fantasy race)" is only there to disambiguate the article from Moon Dogs, so it doesn't really matter IMO. Moreover, "fantasy race" is 6 characters shorter than "Dungeons & Dragons" and the shorter an article title is the better. --Koveras 19:49, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
- No need to be defensive. I was merely asking because most disambiguated "D&D only" articles have "XX (Dungeons & Dragons)" for titles. Witness Centaur (Dungeons & Dragons), Demon (Dungeons & Dragons), Dragon (Dungeons & Dragons), Fighter (Dungeons & Dragons), Wizard (Dungeons & Dragons), and many other examples. Was just making a suggestion for the sake of consistency - no big deal.
- I'm sorry if I offended you. :) My opinion is that any change is only good when it's absolutely needed - unless someone big in the D&D wikiproject orders to rename all articles according to the conventions, it's better to preserve the status quo. %) --Koveras 18:07, 14 August 2006 (UTC)
- No offense taken. :)
