This is a new topic and I am working on making it more concise and I have made major edits as there isn't a way to save the page without publishing it. This page is suggested by the scholar on this subject and therefore the direct material is used which was also provided to the social media and newspapers. However, I have edited it to be more concise and remove any duplicate material listed on other websites. If there is any perception of additional copyright infringement, do let me know. This is not a duplicate page

This is not a duplicate page nor a duplicate subject. there is a distinct difference between the Nanakshai Calendar and the Mool Nanakshahi Calendar. GingerBread 08:44, 25 April 2018 (UTC)

The subject is the same. It does not matter if there is a difference between both calendars. The Mool (Original) Nanakshahi Calendar article was always Nanakshahi calendar. It was only recently updated to reflect the controversy certain groups have brought up with it. The subject is not the same other than someone who may be misled by the page title alone without knowing the history between the two. The Nanakshahi Calendar as currently represented has bikarmi dates mixed in and is not the original (mool) nanakshahi calendar. The architect of the "nanakshahi calendar" himself states in various TV and you tube interviews the difference between the two.
