Please see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Genetics Congenital malformations do not necessarily mean that they are caused by genetics! @LadyofShalott: I'm sorry for not making an edit summary. I'm in the midst of trying to rate about 2,000 unassessed articles in genetics, and I don't type well because of fine motor control problems from MS. I'll try to keep this in mind in the future.
