I have removed the reference to teeth enamel, as there is no evidence for this. Searching PubMed for "Monosodium phosphate enamel" produces no results. Jenks (talk) 13:21, 20 January 2010 (UTC)

- At first I thought you were right, but look more closely. There is specific mention of the pKa, towards the end of p22. Not an ideal ref, but it does at least support the assertion. Walkerma (talk) 06:16, 20 May 2011 (UTC)
acidity
