I'll review this one. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 07:21, 27 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Comments are below, placing on hold. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 17:13, 27 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Lead

[edit]

*"from February 9-25, 2018"→ use en-dash here (–)

  • "This marks the fourth straight" → past tense
  • "nation has sent two cross-country skiers" → past tense~~
  • "event was 73rd by Chinbatyn Otgontsetseg in the" → first and last name were just given so only last name is required here
  • "in the Women's 10 kilometers freestyle" → I don't think "women's" should be capitalized here

Background

[edit]

*"on 1 January 1962, [1]and the nation" → spacing is off here; space should be in between reference and the word "and" Done MasterMatt12(talk) 02:34, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Cross-country skiing

[edit]

*"and he was making his Olympic debut" → tense is weird here, use "and he made"

  • "On February 12th, he took part" → use "February 12", not "12th" (MOS:BADDATE)
  • "he took part in the Men's 15 kilometer freestyle race" → use lowercase for "Men's"
  • Is listing the medalists for the event relevant to Mongolia's competitor? I think including the time of the winner could be relevant but I don't think 2nd and 3rd are needed.
  • "and had previously represented Mongolia at the 2014 Winter Olympics and took part in the Women's Classic 10 kilometres both times" → lowercase for "Women's", and reword this so that "and" isn't repeated
  • Same issue for women's event and listing 2nd and 3rd place.

Do you want me to have the women and men in the table also lowercase? MasterMatt12(talk) 01:26, 28 December 2022 (UTC) @PCN02WPS:[reply]

@MasterMatt12 No need to have those lowercase in the table. Thanks for your patience, everything looks good to me so I am happy to give this a pass! PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 20:06, 5 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
