We are currently writing up a short abstract and preparing figures that explain the protocol for this technology. (note that this technology is not based on original research from our group and is based on published protocols) (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/genome/probe/doc/TechMIP.shtml).

The remaining sections shall be published soon.

I think it would be helpful in your Protocol diagram if you would, in Steps 3,5,8, have an additional colored portion showing the target sequence which, I believe, would be between the H1 and H2 red segment. Sciteach1999 (talk) 22:52, 19 June 2012 (UTC)Sciteach1999[reply]
