Yiddish spelling
[edit]This article states that Oysher's name is spelled משה אוישר in Yiddish, however, the Yiddish Wikipedia spells his name משה אוישער. Which is correct? Kaldari (talk) 00:35, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
Possibly plagiarism in earlier draft of this article
[edit]I notice a lot of the text of this article is similar to passages in the book Bridge of Light: Yiddish Film Between Two Worlds By J. Hoberman. It's possibly someone had this book open while writing an earlier version of this article, and yet it is not cited. I can only see snippets of it through Google books but if I manage to see a print copy in a library I will try to properly cite the sources of the statements. --Dan Carkner (talk) 17:02, 5 September 2021 (UTC)
