Moisés Henriques → Moises Henriques — Suggest moving his name to remove the acute accent mark per common usage in reliable sources. All reliable sources I could find - including Cricket Australia ([1]) and Cricinfo ([2]) - spell his name without the accent. --Muchness (talk) 00:54, 28 August 2010 (UTC)

Page moved without discussion
[edit]The above discussion was totally disregarded by an editor in 2011, who moved it back without bringing it here for revisitation. -- Jack of Oz [Talk] 08:09, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
Journalists' pronunciation
[edit]Can anyone explain why journos somehow assume this surname should be pronounced "on-reeks", as if it were French, and very poor French at that, rather than the Portuguese it actually is? -- Jack of Oz [Talk] 08:09, 26 February 2013 (UTC)
