[edit]There was a problem with the page when it was created (last name wasn't capitalized). Moving it to a new page caused problems and got it flagged for deletion and moved to draft. I deleted the page and started over. Full disclosure: I've known the performer for approximately one year. We live in the same town and I became a fan after discovering her music. I was surprised she didn't have a page so I created one (I'm a librarian who has made edits but not brand new pages). I got the discography info from her, so I know it is accurate and other performance information came directly from her website promo material, concert programs and announcements, and venue websites. Wikipedians please help add content to develop this page! Thank you! Colliedog (talk) 18:50, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
Since this article has been put in review for possible deletion, I've added more references to accomplishments with citations. I don't know what the actual threshold is for a notable person since it is somewhat subjective (I did read the articles about notability and biographies of living persons along with a lot of other help documentation), so I've included more references than for other musicians I've found on wikipedia. I hope this is enough for now. Thanks. Colliedog (talk) 23:00, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
I invite others to add content. If you need some content to consider, here is one that I believe contributes to notability as an award:
- Heffley, Lynne. 2007. L.A. dance awards honor diverse mix; recipients of the annual lester horton awards include the djanbazian and backhausdance companies and francisco martinez.: Los Angeles Times, May 07. https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2007-may-07-et-horton7-story.html Colliedog (talk) 14:07, 30 November 2021 (UTC)
I removed all mentions of specific media appearance and performance spaces as I believe it was the opening paragraph that got flagged for promo. Having read the how to remove the label, I concluded that the circumstances for removing it have been met. Colliedog (talk) 01:31, 10 December 2021 (UTC)
