In fact, OTTOSEN & RISTINMAA (pages 167–168 [see ref. list]) clearly indicate that what is described in this article is the Coulomb criterion. The Mohr criterion is something different, that has not been mentioned in the article. This needs to be tidied up. The history section I added is still correct, though, and doesn't need to be changed.
