Seeking expert help

Hi. Since I am not indian, it is hard to find sources for this movie, and I am not even sure the poster I linked is the right movie poster. Currently, this indian film from 1943 seems to have only have a bengali wikipedia article to link from and lacks any hindi sources, despite the fact the film is claimed to be a hindi film, and one informal source saying it is Karnataki.
