Unfortunately a number of errors have been entered in this section of the entry. The organ donated by Charles Halle was replaced in the 1950's and a 'composite' organ installed. The 1950's organ, which the Diocesan Organ Advisor recognised was of very poor quality, was not destroyed by the oil fired heating system (which is in reality gas fired) being left on full blast but rather had degraded over time. With regard to the lavatory it is not known what toilet facilities might have been available in or around the building over it's 800 years and the implication that the church never had one and therefore doesn't need one could equally be applied to electricity and central heating. Finally the PA system, installed to meet the requirements, and spirit, of the Disability Discrimination Act, can be turned down should anyone find the volume excessive 86.176.20.235 (talk) 08:47, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
