Birth year
[edit] Resolved
Maxwell Heller was born in the year 1984.
- Hi Crazycatcream, and thanks for posting here. Unfortunately, allfamous.org is not a reliable source and cannot be used on Wikipedia. Do you have another source that contains this subject's birth year? Armadillopteryx 22:55, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
- Armadillopteryx, Or, just a reliable source with his age. We can then use a specific template to confirm a birth year range based on the age and date of publication. But you're right, a source with an outright date is best. ---Another Believer (Talk) 23:19, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Another Believer: I'm aware of that template, but actually, I think that since we already have the month and day, we could use that source in combination with one that lists age to deduce the year. Like if we already have a source saying her birthday is on April 19 and another saying she was 30 in February 2015, we would be able to show she was born in '84 since she hadn't had her birthday yet that year—right? I would hope that simple arithmetic doesn't count as OR ... Armadillopteryx 23:57, 17 August 2020 (UTC)
- Armadillopteryx, I see what you mean. Works for me! ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:04, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- Found one! I think this one might be better, but, hilariously, they accidentally omitted only Miz Cracker's name in the copy, so even though the age appears in the paragraph below her picture, it doesn't technically say whose age it is x) At least the source can be used for every other S10 queen's age-as-of purposes, if we need that. - @Crazycatcream: Thanks to this conversation you started, we've managed to dig out a source for the birth year and have added it now. Armadillopteryx 00:20, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- Armadillopteryx and Another Believer, thank you for your help. I couldn't find a reliable site with his birth year, so here are two RuPaul's Drag Race episodes where they show his age:
Unfortunately, this episode is currently not available on VH1.
"10s Across the Board". RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 10. March 22, 2018. VH1. Retrieved August 18, 2020.
But this one is:
"All Star Variety Extravaganza". RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars. Season 5. May 6, 2020. VH1. Retrieved August 18, 2020.

- @Crazycatcream: Thanks—I was able to find this article in People that mentioned her age on a specific date, so I've used that to source the birth year in the article now :-) Armadillopteryx 00:54, 18 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Armadillopteryx: Sorry - I didn't see you message ^^ Thank you, that's great!
